How to tag my clothes and use Zellr?

Please click the link below for instructions how to use our pricing program ZELLR. Print the price tags at home on thick paper, glue them on cardboard or laminate them. Thin paper will tear off easily. We can't sell items without price tags. PLEASE NOTE: It is important to write a good description of the item on the price tag (Brand, color and size). For example "Seed floral purple dress size 14". Remember to also add your rack number to price tags. We also recommend to add 10% on the top of the amount you would like to get for your clothes to cover commission. For example If you would like to get $20 for a skirt, ask $22 instead.

How to book a rack?

Use our online booking system on our website or give us a call HOVE 0401 286 698 West Lakes 0401 287 005 Gawler 0401 333 146 You can also book in store Please note that starting date for your weekly rental can be any day of the week. You can also start on the weekend! Choose suitable dates to suit your availability to set up/pick up your stall. Minimum rental time is 7 days.

Do I need to bring my own coat hangers?

No need to bring your own coat hangers. We prefer you use our coat hangers as we can't store any spare coat hangers in store. We also provide unlimited security tags for your clothes!

What time is the set up /pick up

You can set up your stall anytime after we open our store. We recommend to be there at opening time to get most out of your first rental day. Pick up is an hour before closing on your last day of rental. If you are unable to pick up your unsold clothes on your last day please let us know ASAP and we can pack your clothes for you. Surcharge for packing and storing the clothes is $20/day and will be deducted from your profits.

Best selling items

All casual clothes in current fashion from most popular brands sell really well. You can sell women's, men's and kids clothes at Prelove. Best selling brands are Seed, Kookai, P.E Nation, Gorman, Spell & Gipsy, Princess Polly, Rolla's, Adidas, Country Road, Wichery, Dr Martens, Nike, Lorna Jane, Zara, Aje, Tigerlily, Arnhem, MinkPink, Tommy Hilfiger, Ksubi, Sportsgirl, Lulu Lemon, Mister Zimi "surf brands"....well you get the idea :) We don't recommend to sell formal clothes at Prelove as our main form of inventory is casual clothes.

Can I top up my stall once I start selling?

You can top up your stall anytime during our opening hours. You can follow your sales on our Zellr app in realtime.

How to price my garments?

Most of the clothes are priced between $20-$60, but there is really no limit what you can ask. Good way of thinking is, "what would I pay for this item if I would find it from Prelove?". That's probably what other people are willing to pay too. We recommend to pop in to our store and check what other people are asking for their clothes. We also recommend to add 10% on the top of the amount you would like to get for your clothes to cover commission. For example If you would like to get $20 for a skirt, ask $22 instead.

How many weeks can i have the rack for?

You can book a rack for as many weeks as you like. We recommend two week rental. You can top up your stall anytime during your rental time.
